Fría el ajo y la cebolla hasta transparentar, vierta el jitomate molido, salpimiente y condimente con albahaca fresca, deje cocer a fuego lento por 30 minutos, hasta espesar un poco; si estuviera muy ácida ponga de 1/2 a 1 cucharadita de azúcar
Vierta sobre la pasta cocida y rectifique la sal y pimienta
Puede incorporar algún queso oloroso rallado, parmesano por ejemplo.
